Since launching the company in 1994, he has combined thoughtful design with meticulous construction expertise to deliver exceptional homes and high-end renovations.
Throughout his career, Richard has overseen hundreds of projects, from custom homes to waterfront remodels, bringing deep knowledge of local construction practices, permitting, and materials to every build. His leadership emphasizes collaboration, clear communication, and problem-solving at every stage of a project.

Leona Woodall
Leona Woodall is a Project Manager who thrives in the fast-paced, ever-changing environment of construction. Known for bringing order to complexity, she excels at organizing multifaceted projects, managing timelines, and owning the process from concept through completion.
Leona began her career as a CAD designer, freelancing pool and landscape designs, and earned a bachelor’s degree in business in 2016. She later obtained certifications in AutoCAD and SolidWorks before transitioning into Construction Management in 2022. Her background allows her to balance creative problem-solving with strong organizational and business-focused decision-making.
Outside of work, Leona enjoys gardening and is drawn to natural, organic spaces, with a strong appreciation for design trends such as color drenching and warm, rich brown tones.
Maribel Martin
Maribel Martin is a Senior Designer at Maslar Design & Build in Sarasota, Florida, and a Licensed Architect in the Dominican Republic. She specializes in developing complete, thoughtfully curated interiors that transform houses into sophisticated, highly personalized homes.
With over 25 years of architectural and interior design expertise, Maribel Martin brings a refined, elevated perspective to every space she creates.
With a strong focus on intentional space planning, kitchen and bath remodeling, and elevated material selections, Maribel approaches each project holistically — balancing function, beauty, and flow to craft exceptional living environments. Known for her attentive listening and intuitive design approach, she guides clients through a seamless and inspiring process, ensuring every detail reflects their lifestyle with elegance and purpose.
Inspired by her lifelong passion for architecture, art, and music, Maribel brings creativity and cultural depth to her work. In her free time, she enjoys attending concerts and immersing herself in artistic experiences that continually influence her design perspective.
Vanessa Estrada
Vanessa Estrada began her journey in design and construction at an early age, studying CAD drafting at just 16 before joining Maslar Design & Build at 18. Since then, she has continued to refine her expertise through hands-on, real-world experience.
With a strong technical foundation and practical construction knowledge, Vanessa is dedicated to producing precise, well-structured plans that guide projects seamlessly from initial vision to final execution. Her attention to detail and commitment to accuracy help ensure every design is both functional and thoughtfully executed.
When she’s not drafting, Vanessa enjoys making memories with her baby boy and family — whether relaxing at home or exploring new experiences together.
Lisa Scott
Lisa Scott serves as the Accounts Manager for Maslar Design & Build, bringing her financial expertise and deep local knowledge to the team. A Bradenton/Sarasota native, Lisa draws on over 20 years of experience in banking, lending, and insurance to support the company’s operations and ensure projects run smoothly.
Since joining Maslar Design & Build in 2022, Lisa has been dedicated to streamlining processes and empowering the talented team behind every custom home and renovation. Her commitment to precision, organization, and collaboration helps maintain the high standards and exceptional client experience the firm is known for.
Bob Naverre
Bob Naverre brings nearly five decades of distinguished experience to the construction industry, offering a rare level of mastery and refinement in his craft. As a highly skilled Master Carpenter, his work is defined by precision, discipline, and an unwavering commitment to excellence — qualities essential in the execution of luxury custom homes.
Throughout his accomplished career, Bob has served as both a foreman and site supervisor for multiple construction firms, leading teams with confidence, integrity, and a deep understanding of complex jobsite operations.
